Please contact me within 5 business days after payment have been done describing your situation and reason for refund requests. Since I am offering non-tangible irrevocable service I will provide you with the full refund in case:
- If you are not satisfied with my service and provide me with valid reasons for your displeasure with the final product.
- If the order has not been completed according to the specifications. This could include the quality standard that was promised or even the timeline of the same or any other such similar reasons.
- If the work on the order has not been initiated at the time when you raise the refund request. In other words, you want to cancel the order before allowing me to send you the final product.
Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product, informing about new product releases and addressing any customer service issues.
